Wanted Yacht Manager

Recruiting a Yacht Manager to work in a central London office. The successful candidate will report to Director level and be wholly responsible for a fleet of yachts. Working alongside Technical, Safety & Security, Accounts and Crew Management, staff duties will include being the principal point of contact for the Yacht and Owner/Owner’s Representative, Operational Management, Certification and Insurance (Statutory and Class requirements), Accounts and Finance, Safety Management/ISM, Security Management/ISPS and any other task reasonably requested. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and diplomacy skills; problem solving and multi-tasking; working knowledge of ISM and ISPS; technical knowledge of yachts and/or ships; and also have previous yacht management and surveying experience and a working knowledge of French. It is likely that you will also have professional yachting qualifications and a technical or operational marine degree or Masters degree.
